HOW IT WORKS
Frequently asked questions about our services and process.
What happens during the initial consultation?
Our first 45 minute meeting is complimentary. It’s a chance to understand your needs, review your pieces (virtually or in person), and explore possible next steps—no pressure, no obligation.
Do I need to prepare anything before we meet?
Not much—just gather any jewelry or silver items you'd like to review. Photos or appraisals (if you have them) are helpful but not required.
How do your services work—do you charge by the hour or project?
It depends on the scope. Some services are billed hourly, while others may be project-based. I’ll provide clear estimates after our initial consultation so there are no surprises.
Can you help me sell my jewelry or silver?
Yes. I offer discreet support for selling fine jewelry, gemstones, and sterling silver tableware. I work with trusted buyers and refiners to ensure fair market value and a smooth process.
What if I’m not ready to sell, but just want to know what I have?
That’s totally fine. A lot of clients reach out just looking for clarity or an appraisal. A Jewelry Box Assessment or Heirloom Consultation can give you the insight you need to make confident decisions—whether you’re ready to move forward now or later. And if a certified appraiser is needed, I’ll bring one in.
Do you offer custom design?
Yes. I guide clients through every step of the custom process—from concept and sourcing to production. Whether you're redesigning a sentimental piece or creating something new, I'm here to make the experience as easy and rewarding as possible.
Where are you located?
"I'm based in Westchester, NY, and offer virtual consultations as well as house calls by appointment. I also provide in-person services throughout NYC and the greater metropolitan area, delivering tailored support in the comfort of your home or a private location."
